Challenge

After acquiring a brand new office in Malvern, Veale Accounting Group needed to fit it with useful tools and modern furniture that matched the contemporary space and provided the necessary devices for their team to work productively.

This is where our Sales Director John Mavrias came in, he carefully studied the requirements of Veale Accounting Group and made his decisive suggestions for each area in their new office space.

John Mavrias has always accommodated to the needs of his clients no matter their office, team or organisation size. He has a great understanding of what businesses require to increase efficiency and guarantee success for the business in the long term.

Process

Veale Accounting Group presented John with a floorplan of the new office which provided the framework for each area of their space including workstations, huddle spaces, individual offices, the boardroom, reception and kitchenette.

The floorplan gave John and the team the opportunity to map out exactly where each item of furniture would fit and if it would work well in that space.

Once the furniture was mapped out, the design team used their digital design software to create 3D versions of the floorplan to better visualise each space and the furniture in it.

When the 3D visuals were presented to Veale Accounting Group, they were very impressed with the layout and the way John and Rapidline had transformed the space. All that was left to do now was move the furniture in!

Office Furniture

Multi-Function Printer

Interactive Touch Panel

John suggested modern and sleek office furniture from RapidLine. Furniture was fitted for each area of the building including reception, boardroom, workstations and individual offices. Natural Oak desks/tables, comfortable Ergo Task chairs, black three Drawer Steel Mobile Pedestals and glamorous PU Leather Executive Chairs made a real impact on shaping the office space.

John saw a Ricoh IM C6000 with a booklet finisher to be the best fit for this organisation. This multifunction device can copy, print, scan, fax and prints up to 60 pages per minute which is exactly the capability the Veale Accounting Group’s dynamic team needs. As the company grows this device will be able to cater with Ricoh’s Always Current Technology providing continuous updates.

Considering the size and capacity of the boardroom, John advised Veale Accounting Group to go with a Commbox 75″ Interactive Classic Touch Panel on an electric stand. This touch panel will allow the whole team to meet, present, ideate without limitations and connect any device to the panel.
